Mr. Davis is an emerging fund manager currently responsible for managing and supervising acquisitions of seed stage through mezzanine equity of venture capital, utilizing private equity funding.
His background most recently includes the operation, management and structuring of private equity funds. He has assisted in more than $2 billion of venture capital transactions in various capacities, beginning in 2010.
Ms. Caridi joins the Syren Capital team as the keystone member and is responsible for the management and supervision of all operations for Syren Capital Advisors and the M7 Funds.

He has more than 20 years of experience on Wall Street, which began as an equity trader in public companies until expanding his career to private equity investments, specifically early- and late-stage equity.
